No set menu. My vision is to work with the client to create a specific menu for each client. I don’t want to limit options for the clients.

The price will vary depending on several factors, including the number of guests, the number of courses, and the type of food selected by the client.

I will purchase all the food for the event.

Cancellations should be made at least two weeks before the scheduled event date.

Payment is due either at the conclusion of the dinner or upon receipt of an invoice, which will have a due date set for one week later. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted.

Initial Contact: Please submit the online form to get started. Once received, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the details of your dinner event, including the type of food, the number of courses, and the desired timeframe.
Menu Creation: Based on our discussion, I will create a customized menu and send it to you within a week.
Revisions: If there are any adjustments you'd like to make to the menu, I will provide revisions within two days.
Menu Approval and Costing: Once you approve the menu, I will calculate the total cost, which involves getting prices from vendors. This process will take about a week.
Cost Agreement: I will then send you the total cost. If you're not satisfied with the price, we can make adjustments together. Once you agree to the cost, we will finalize the details and lock in the event date.
Final Preparations: One week before the dinner, I will reach out to confirm the arrival time for setting up.
