With an illustrious 24-year tenure at Indiana's renowned St. Elmo Steak House, Jeremy Holmes has left an indelible mark on the state's fine dining scene. For 16 years, he served as the Executive Chef, elevating the culinary experience to new heights. Jeremy's culinary journey includes enriching experiences at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley, where he mastered the art of Food and Wine Pairing and Small Plates/Appetizers courses. Jeremy is not only a culinary virtuoso but also a devoted father to two remarkable children: Jayda and Jaxson. He is also happily married to his lovely wife, Johnna.
